This is one of the different trees we see all around Jönköping. One of our Swedish friends told us that it is a traditional, especially in the south of Sweden, to cut them like this. We think it's a bit odd to trim all of the branches off of a tree.

Spring is upon us and flowers are starting to pop up everywhere!

Jon is taking advantage of the nice weather to sit on our balcony and study. He's studying very hard, as you can see.
